how do u get to silph co.

You'll face Team Rocket several times in FireRed, including the Pokemon Tower in Lavender Town, Game Corner in Celadon City, and at the Silph Co building in Saffron City.
To get to Silph Co, you need to get to Celadon City (via the Underground path) and visit the department store. On the top floor there is a woman who will give you some tea--take the tea to one of the gate wardens in either Vermillion, Cerulean, Celadon Cities or Lavender Town. If you give the tea to any one of those wardens, he will give it to the others--now you can pass through the gates and enter Saffron City.
The Silph Co building is in the middle of Saffron City, the entrance is marked by a sleeping member of Team Rocket. Be aware, Saffron has the sixth badge and Sabrina the Psychic-type trainer as its gym leader. Team Rocket in the Silph Co building will be appropriately powerful--make sure you have the first five badges before making your challenge.
