If she has any intelligence stored in her head. All too often people nowadays can dress sharp, look good and the moment they open their mouths you wonder how they ever managed to make it in the world.
Of course, this is true of a lot of males also. Granted who doesn't like to look at the shapes and curves of a woman but it's all a wash if she doesn't possess a mind to go with it. Great bodies are a dime a dozen. Personality and smarts are not.

Men are more easily visually stimulated then women, so if a man is 'looking at a women's body', then at least to some degree, some kind of primal trigger has been activated. But that's a no brain-er.
Women are said to be more emotionally stimulated, but not impervious to visual stimulation either...so now I am curious. Perhaps you can tell us, in this context, in what way visuals affect women?

That depends on the woman. Most times since I have no way of ever meeting the women I see. I look at them as a work of art, some I love to look at some just disgust me. Since no one shows any interest in me I am like a person in a art museum.

depends on the fella looking, most are after one thing, sex. i am no different, but i when i look at a woman, i wonder where she has been, what she has seen, and how her life makes her a better person, and than if we are to be just friends, then i have the knowledge of having a great person to talk with as well as talk to, as she must be a very interesting person

I always wonder about her intellectual capabilities and hope it matches the outer appearance...if you can have the best of two worlds...an intelligent woman and a eye candy body to boot, you would be one lucky person.
