yeah it is, and while in california i learned that the foot motions usually spell out targets names or deceased foes...even the sets name...e.g. rollin 20's...

DUH. Why don't you try doing research instead of asking stupid questions. Given that Crips are one of the largest gangs, then when you hear about a "crip walk," then think about it.

A real crip walk is when the gang member(s) do movements with their feet (almost dancing) to spell out the names of those who have fallen victim to them.
