first have you tried talking to your doctor or getting some professional advice? some things to try: watching your cycle so you ensure you have sex at your most fertile times, have sex everyday (especially 5 days before you ovualte and 3 days after), orgasm after he ejaculates (to push sperm upwards), and raise your hips afterwards (they may be poor swimmers in need of some help).

Go to a pharmacy and buy a ovulation kit. The kit shows you which day of the month you are ovulating. Or the old fashion way, thermometer right next to the bed and take your temperature via mouth before you even get out of bed. Make a chart and jot down your temperature every day, you will see the rise and fall of the temps showing most likely when you ovulate

Starting taking prenatal vitamins, and eat a well balanced diet. Don't believe any of the garbage about positions, etc.
If you are smoking, stop, or your husband as well. Don't drink.
