some where in btween burleigh and coolangatta is a huge yellow platform at sea. what is it?

In between Tugan and Burleigh Heads is a huge yellow platform out at sea. Its quite big it seems but does not seem to be that far out from the coast.

I have searched the coast from Coolangatta to Burleigh Heads and I don't see any 'Huge' platform. I found some boats and saw cars parked near the shore, but no Yellow Platform.

I use Google Earth. It is based on satellite photos of the earth and is very interesting. The google community posts information blurbs you can read. I was hoping to find the platform and maybe see a post about it, but I couldn't find the platform. The picture from the satellite may have been taken at a time when the platform wasn't there.
