I consider myself a expert in organic chemistry, more specifically petrochemical chemistry but I have no clue what you're asking for or about, please rephrase the question so it is more logical and answerable.

What is the question? Of course there are chemical experts. I personally have a degree in chemistry with focus in Molecular/Metallo BioInorganic Chemistry and subfocus in university education.
