It makes a splash and it get's wet. Now, if you would have said a Green rock into blue water, I would have been tempted to say it also makes a splash and get's wet... but those kind of rocks only come in red... so it would have been a trick question.

it makes a ripple... a small wave on the surface of the water...
the red rock will look green.... on the surface.. wanna know why?
when red is added with green plus the light that is given off by the sun or the moon... it will turn to green

you see it wasn't actually a rock it was an egg and then it hatches once you through it in the water and out comes a pink dragon with yellow dots....and then you wake up.
