Who can explain a little bit more to me about Detective Conan?? It`s a bit confusing me....

It's about how some teenager who solved mysteries getting turned into a little kid by a bunch of weirdos, and then continuing to solve mysteries anyway. Personally, I find it boring as hell.

Let's see if I can remember everything....
Jimmy is a 16 year old kid who does detective work. Anywho, some evil-people confuse him for someone else and give him something that is supposed to kill him. It ends up not killing him, but turning him into a five year-old kid.
Jimmy changes his name to Conan, and somehow moves in with "Jimmy's" girl-friend, Rachel. Her dad, Richard, is a detective (but a drunken idiot). Conan ends up helping Richard through all these detective-y things, and is constantly saving the day using bunches of special gadgets. There's some professor that Jimmy/Conan is friends with, and this dude knows everything about him getting turned into a kid. This professor dude gives Conan the gadgets.
lol. That's about all there is to it. At the end of the series, Conan gets turned back into a teenager with some potion thingy or something. I've seen every episode except (and isn't if just an "of course" moment?) the last one where he gets to be a teen again. I was sooooo mad that I missed it, but myeh.
Now I want to go watch that show again.... I wish it was still on the air (and if it is, when?). Hope that helps you out. I was a big fan.

Detective Conan is about an elementary school boy named Conan Edogawa. He solves mysteries and crimes through reasoning and logic and with the help of friends and nifty gadgets. Conan is really a 17-year-old famous high school detective, Shinichi Kudo. While investigating some suspicious activity, Shinichi was knocked over the head by a man dressed in black. During his semi-conscious state, an experimental drug was forced down his throat that was meant to kill him. Instead, Shinichi was shrunk into a little kid. In order to prevent the men who did this to him from hurting his friends and family, Shinichi changed his name to Conan Edogawa and now lives with his girlfriend, Ran and her dad.
Detective Conan was created by Gosho Aoyama and appears in Weekly Shonen Sunday magazine. Right now, Detective Conan has 50 completed volumes, 19 completed special volumes and is an anime series on Monday night at 7:30 pm in Japan. The series is now on air on Cartoon Network under the title "Case Closed" as a part of Adult Swim

well connan was an adult but a bunch of guys that were getting sick of his meddling in their affairs used a potion kind of thing and turned him into a little kid and he now goes around solving mysteries until he finds them and gets back his adult body thats the best i can tell ya
