All i did was ask a question about a good SUV and I get all of these ruse comments from people saying that I am a gas hog, why do i want an suv, i am stupid for wanting an suv, people like me cause the gas prices to go up, etc... Why do people say that?!?! I am not a gas hog! I just traded my CAR not SUV in for an SUV, becuae the SUV got better gas mileage than my car did!!!! So how is that being a gas hog?!?!? I am sick of ruse people on here giving rude comments to me about this! I did better - went from a very low gas mileage to one better! So please quit answering my questions if you have no clue what you are talking about! Thank you!

Drive what you want. If you can afford the vehicle and the gas, then it doesn't matter what the vehicle is. I have a large vehicle which makes about 11 mpg but I never gripe to people about how much fuel costs. It is my choice.
There was a cartoon episode on South Park about those rude people who don't like SUV's. A smug cloud formed over them.

Because people are know it all jerks and they think they are "so smart". I am having the same problem every time I post a question about etiquette or ideas I get a bunch of arsholes telling me that I am bridzilla and that's it's not the wedding that's important but the marriage. And then when I ask how do you tell people no kids at a wedding- by mouth or invites- people just emailed me jerk off comments about how I don't know what the meaning of a wedding is and blah blah blah they would never go to a wedding that didn't allow kids. People are stupid and can't think outside the box. They can only compare it to there own dumb life's. And you didn't state where you live and I know that Lots of people need SUVs who live in areas that are rural and where it snows heavily. My girlfriend has to have one because she lives in the mountains in PA and the roads turn to ice in the winter time and they don't salt. People are dumb and they are just jealous that you are getting a new car! Good luck and tell everyone to kiss you butt!

i imagine you dealt with it wonderful. And to be effortless it is not any of her company purely as you positioned it or anybody elses company. the problem isn't you that is that persons now an afternoon imagine they have a suitable because they are almighty! good for you for putting her in her position! This does't problem my son yet after I labored in retail many years in the past at the same time as going to varsity I had a lady grow to be irriate at me because she become yelling a question at me at the same time as i become interior the front of the shop and the ac become operating quickly over me and that i could not listen her. On proper of that she saved turning away. After the 2d attemp she clinched her fist and screamed "what's the matter with you're you death?" I very gently regarded at her and stated certain I'am partly and thanks for affirming it. She began to snigger and so oh i'm sorry it is diverse. I stated no that is not you're nevertheless rude i will get some different person that can help you and that i did. the problem is human beings are self asborbed. back good for you for putting her in her position! extra human beings might want to!

You have to ignore the rude comments. We've all gotten them! You ask a perfectly innocent question and then some "holier than thou" type starts being judgmental and telling you what you are doing wrong when they don't even understand the question or fully know the circumstances. I just give them a thumbs down rating and ignore them. Don't let them get to you. There are plenty of good people on answers who are helpful and friendly so just ignore those other imbeciles.

Not sure why they should care so much... you are the one paying for the gas for your SUV... not them. And like you said, it gets better gas mileage than the car you had. Just ignore them and enjoy your new car/SUV.

This is the place where all of the little people who are too afraid to speak up in person , get to act like know it all tough guys. When usually they'd be cowaring in a corner shaking at all the big scary people around them. But here ,,they can sit in the safety of their homes and sound off like normal people

Get whatever YOU want, gas is all B.S. if you can handle filling it up drive it. don't worry about what people are saying. you got these idiots like Al Gore talkin' global warming. But he Flies to whatever city he needs to, to promote it, Right? And his PRIVATE jet is putting out more green house gases and using more fuel than 35 Humvees driving to California from Pennsylvania. dont go worring about it Cows cause more damage to the envirment than cars do and as for gas guzzuling its only a matter of time b4 its ran out any way wot we going start dong storing it? there is other ways of powering your motor and its the gaz companies that are slowing that procces down,

You have every right to be disgusted with those people. You've worked hard, you deserve to buy any dang vehicle you want!
Try hard to ignore the jerks that infest this place from time to time.
I wish I had my old 74 Caddy, it got about 4 mpg...that would really make them happy! ; )
