Do not live the life with any dogma in your mind. By that you do not grow, rather you have opted a mental prison for your self where your growth is stunted by preconditioned thoughts. You have already a conditioned mind in which the conditioning factors have already built barriers beyond which you can hardly see. Hence, why to have more barriers by opting from among these isms. Live in the world with an open mind, you will reach the ultimate goal, i.e. the Truth.
