My friend Mercedes is 15, (8 days older than i) and she has had "sex" with 4 people! help!

Oh, honey that is so terrible for your friend. I can proudly say that I was a virgin when I married my husband, and have never regreted that decision for one moment. A sexual relationship should happen between two people who love each other and are devoted to each other and are older; at least 18 by todays standards. I was in my early twenties. She could become the victim of a sexually transmitted disease or HIV/aids. When I was growing up, we only had to worry about stds; and pregnancy and that was frightening enough. Young people today have to worry about dying or a life sentance to being on medication for HIV. Is she trying to be "accepted" by having sex? Does she have a loving and caring mother and father in her life? Is she trying to get away from a bad homelife? Only you can answer these questions, as her friend. She will regret these choices when she does meet the man she wants to marry. I have watched this type of thing happen more and more often over the last couple of decades. It is really sad. Please, please do not follow her example. If you can possibly talk to her parents do so, you may be saving her life. If she is going to be having sex at her age, she needs to be on some type of birth control and the guys need to be using condoms....every time. It's incidences like these that make me Thank the Blessed Lord I was a virgin and have only been with my husband. I feel so sorry for you and and especially Mercedes, it breaks my heart. When I was a teen I considered anyone who was 15 and sexually active a slut! Sorry, still do. You have your whole life ahead of you don't screw it up by sleeping around. Don't screw it up with having sex this young. I know, I had a baby at 18. I was prego my senior year. I got lucky though, I married the father and we are still together 10 years later with 2 happy healthy children, but not the one that I had at 18. It died before birth. Having sex that young can take your youth away very quick! Be young, have fun, but be safe.

It is wrong. You guys are only 15 years old...ur only two more years older then a 13 year old...ur havent gotten THT mature in those two years believe me. You were only 10 five years ago..think about these things, what ur maturity level is and try to explain to your friend tht she's making the biggest mistake of her life.

my friend had sex when she was 12 with her15 yr old bf and now my other friend 13 had had sex with a 23 yr old over 6 time and he is nasty and has a girlfriend and my other friend 14 has messed around alot i expect her to have sex and one of my friend was 13 had sex at school out in the woods its a lot of pressure to one me to have sex but I'm not going to go out just cause my friends if Ur friend jumped off a bridge would you do it to

i was 14 years old and got pregnant. my teen years were over just like that. i don't very say i don't love my baby, but i wish i would have waited a little longer. now i have 4 kids and married. i married the guy i had all 4 kids with and i,m only 25.

It is not the number of time that you have sex that is important it is who you have it with ,you just give it away they will label you .and you know your not,so when your ready then you will know,amd for your friend she may be looking for something other than sex and just does not know how to find it .

Well, ya i think it isn't a good idea. You could get pregnant (which will change, if not RUIN your life), and you could get all kinds of gross STIs!!!!!! PLus, having sex before marriage isn't as special as when u are married. ! Hope this helps!

You should talk to your friend about how risky it is, and how she is lowering herself as a person by having sex with anyone. If she was really your friend she would listen to.

i don't know i was stupid and had sex at 14 and got pregnant but know in 17 and have a wonderful Daughter
