I think they're all over the world. Communicating with each other is easy in this age of high-technology, with computers and cell phones. They receive financial support from contributions, no different than American politicians receive contributions from their supporters. But if we were to call a spade a spade instead of garden implement, we'd call these 'contributions' by their real name: BRIBES. -RKO-

I would imagine there are terrorist camps all over - especially in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Africa.
They communicate by courier and hidden messages out in the open. Heck, do you realize the level of sophistication of communication of prison gangs between prisons within our own country - it is pretty mind blowing.
They move money the same way you and I would move money - except the overseas version. Also dummy corporations, fake charities, etc, etc, you name it.

it was boring, i really got homesick that summer, but i liked the campfires and roasted hotdogs, during that time it seem as if i forgot about how much i miss my bed and parents, or maybe i was too hungry and just had to concentrate on my hunger instead. and that day when we crossed the river and over to the girls camp, that was unforgettable, that was when i kissed Mary, my first kiss. the next day, camp was over and i had never seen Mary again, though i still think about her til this day.I often think about that summer. The sweat, the moonlight and the smell of whispy trees and dew.
