I sleep as long as possible. Usually in bed around 9pm and up at 6am. Sleep required varies from person to person. I've known some to need 10 hrs and others who only require 4 or 5 hrs. You just have to find what works for you and do it.

I would suggest 7-8 hours per night. It really depends on 'your' body chemistry and age. It seems the older I am getting the less sleep I require. But that is probably just me.

I usually sleep between 12 midnight and 7:30 AM and I still feel that I didn't sleep enough.
One should sleep at least 8 hours.

It varies, from 10:00-1:00, depends on what I am doing. I can work on 4 hours, but not effectively.

12 mid-night.. it's best to sleep at least 8 hrs.. which i obviously do not have and always find myself dizzy and unhappy...
