First you have to know a little about him, ware a really nice Perfume, look cute. IF he's in ones of your classes sit next to him, when he look at you smile.

If he's not in you class ask him something that he likes.

I viewed your other questions. If you are indeed 12, allow me to give you some advice
Life is just beginning - your hormones are starting to kick in and it will be hard, but don't mind the boys at this point (except as friends in your circle of same). Simply enjoy your year, make new friends and study hard. Get involved in one or two clubs you are interested in and stick with them. Join a team or 2.
If peer pressure becomes overwhelming (ie you need a boyfriend "because now your are 12") I'd say you need new friends, not a boyfriend. Peers who try to force you into stuff that is trivial, not important to your well being, illegal, immoral or against the law are not friends at all. A friend supports your decisions and is there to catch you when you fall
Just be yourself and have fun. BTW- nothing attracts the boys faster than a girl who is self confident - thinks for herself - is involved in a sport or club or both - will speak her mind - is kind - doesn't "dress to please" and is smart.
It will take you a few years to develope these character traits, but you can do it. Take your time, learn lots and have fun!

This requires a lot of bravery, but I've noticed the girls whom I wouldn't have noticed otherwise when they just simply came to me and talked to me.

Go to that somebody and ask him out. It is really that simple but requires a lot of courage. When you are able to do it whenever you want you will feel so good regardless of the result.
