Actually Italy is in Europe & Siberia is in Asia. If u see both joined means Eurasia, as most of the Americans do, then off course Italy & Siberia are in Eurasia.
Roughly Europe & Asia are separateed by Ural Mountains & Caspian Sea.

Yes.
Eurasia is the landmass composed of Europe and Asia. Mostly in the eastern and northern hemispheres, Eurasia can be considered a supercontinent, part of a supercontinent of Africa-Eurasia, or simply a continent. In plate tectonics, the Eurasian Plate includes Europe and most of Asia, but not the Indian subcontinent, the Arabian subcontinent, and the area east of the Cherskiy Range in Sakha. Eurasia is also used in international politics as a neutral way to refer to organizations of or affairs concerning the post-Soviet states, in particular Russia, the Central Asian republics, and the Transcaucasian republics.

That is a VERY good question. If my wife, who was a USGS Geologist, was still living she could tell you more about the Euro-Asia plates than you really wanted to know.
I'd have to guess they are more of a part of Asia than Europe... but then, I'm no Geologist. But, I would certainly accept your answer they are Euroasia because I can visualize the plates and that seems to me to be where the pin would hit the map.
