i'd like the sports complex to not only be for professional team use, but also for community resident use. spatial programming indoors could successfully include a workout facility, pool, racquet/tennis/squash courts, basketball, arena sport space to accomadate indoor football, hockey etc. Also a daycare faciltiy and multi purpose rooms would be ideal. Teen groups, college athletic teams, community residents and professional teams facilities could all be included with enough flexibility to accomadate flucuations in these groups time and season of use. The "style" of the facility could only be sucessfully determined after analyzing the surrounding context of the facilities proposed location. As far as adding a 'spa' to the complex...i think a sports spa would be appropriate with health, wellness and nutrional classes, counsleing or training but not to take as far as a salon type spa.

Better restaurants and more smoking areas not a million miles away from your seat.
The Baseball stadium in Buffalo,NY has a nice restaurant in the facility, and it is a great ballpark, unfortunately Buffalo does not have a major league team in Baseball.
Escalators to all levels where the people in lower priced seats don't have to feel like cattle going to slaughter.
Cheaper parking areas and better access to highways, and better coordination with local officials to pay for the facility.
More uses for the stadium so that they don't sit empty during the off schedule times of the year. It is a big waste of space and money for those big monstrosities to sit empty so long.
Why not have more local schools have access to the pro facilities after all the taxpayers are paying for it.
I like the idea of constructing more or bigger restroom facilities from the 1st answerer.
I think it is ridiculous that the restrooms are so crowded at intermissions and halftimes,it is unsanitary to say the least where I have even seen people use sinks and washing basins for urinals .
Also a better Security force not a bunch of thugs that get hired without criminal check backgrounds.
Play Ball !!
