The LG Chocolate KG800 should if it's unlocked. Too many people are thinking that the Chocolate phone is only available for Verizon, but you can buy the GSM version of it through eBay or other outlet stores. Reason being is because there has been no carrier to launch the GSM Chocolate here in the states, but it has been released in Europe.

The LG Chocolate is a dual band CDMA phone. LG does not produce a comparable one for GSM, thus no SIM slot, no support for T-Mobile.
Don't bother looking for an "unlocked" LG Chocolate because it doesn't exist.

Not having one, my guess would have to be no. Verizon is selling this one and is CDMA, which never has a SIM card slot.
