I am the same way....No, I do not think it is really all that bad, but being too friendly can have consequences...such as getting taken advantage of or walked all over...plus then we put ourselves last, always and that can also lead to resentment over time.....but sometimes we need to put ourselves first!

No, it's not bad. Just be careful that you don't give too much of yourself away to others without taking care of yourself. You can't count on others to give you what you are giving them, as usually a very giving person attracts many takers into their life and things just don't balance out very well that way. Give freely with no expectations of getting anything back - then only give what you feel you can afford to on an emotional and spiritual level and remember to put yourself first at least most of the time.

I use to do the same thing but than I kicked everyone that basically used me out of my life and I do what I need to do for me 1st and I am a lot happier.

It's not bad at all, but if you do it too much people will walk all over you so find a nice middle ground. Plus not every one is as nice as you are so you have to worry about your self too and if not more.-bigbear
