Each gender has its pluses and minuses. For men, it generally means have a slightly overall greater physical strength and the ability to reach in high places. For women, they have a wider range of fashion accessories and control over spending of a family's budget.
I say that it balances out fairly evenly. It could be said that God is male, but the Universe is female, and it takes both to create a lifeform. That's a little unorthodox, but I like to think of that analogy as a nice one to remember that we are all equals in the overall scheme of things.

being a female I would have to say female...how could I say anything other than that? We can do anything they can do except pee standing up and I am sure there is a female out there that knows how to do that too

Well in order for there to be a Earth than there has to be men and women so to me one is not better than the other!!!

Physical dimensions dont make one better ..it is the overall personality which matters.
Also if we go spritually there is no different forms it is just an illusion.
