You mean besides the fact that they have been second in society since the beginning of time? Probably the government trying to control their choice to procreate. I have a female friend whose husband got her pregnant then she found out he was cheating on her with his ex, but she couldn't leave him because she had nowhere to go, and couldn't get a job because no one wanted to hire a 7-month pregnant woman. It's situations like that which make me pro-choice.

I think the biggest issue for women today is the amount of women who do not take time think about their futures. Birth control and condoms are readily available and affordable to just about everybody. If you have NO money, then you can get either of these for free. Too many women are getting knocked up by men who couldn’t care less about them or the children that are created and then everybody suffers, especially the child because there is no father to role model for the child and the financial burden must be absorbed by strangers through public assistance. Also, more and more women sex with men who refuse to use a condom. Not very bright considering if he cared about you he would do it without having to be asked and that if he has an STD or if you get pregnant, you will be the one to deal with it for the rest of your life.

I think first of all, women need a good education! One that they are able to stand on their own two feet if they have to, and don't have to depend on anyone else!! Then, I believe in equal pay for men and women. And also when it comes to having children, is this really a good world to raise them in?? I think not! But that's just my opinion. I don't even consider it safe for adults!! What ever happened to being able to trust your neighbor, your boss, your kids parents, and teachers? There are still good people, but there are more dishonest, and sick minded people than ever before! We all need to look out for ourselves, and our families, and friends, and do what we can to make it a better world!
