Regrets are the only thing that get to me.
If there's something I could/should have done or done better etc.
I'm not religous at all, but there's a prayer that goes;
Grant me the humility to accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can,
And the wisdom to know the difference.
That makes so much sense to me, and if I don't apply it to a situation through laziness or selfishness, I always regret it.

Nothing. Certain things are going to happen that I have no control over. Deal with it and do the very best I can. For if I do the very best I can, what more can anyone ask of me?

Arguments - ive got to be the worst person in a argument and unfortunately i seem to get myself in them alot, i dont usually shout but the other side does and thats something i just cant stand <<< also they tend to say things they dont mean but you take it to heart anyway

that when one bad thing happens and you can just about handle it - another bad thing happens. That bloody gets me down and it's always the same in my life.

im afraid, lack of money, started new employement, and have to go 5 weeks with no money. Im so skint, cant even run my car, or buy lunch.
