When I try to access yahoo, a popup says "This Program Has Performed an Illegal Operation and will be shut down. " The site quits downloading and freezes up. I turn off my spyware and everything's OK. When I turn my spyware back on, I find that I have 294 infections on my computer.
I don't have that problem with other sites. Anybody know what's going on??

It is possible that yahoo is infested with spyware, but I would think other people would notice.

You did not say what (anti)spyware software you have, it itself may be suspect. I would get a second opinion. Run Ad-Aware and Spybot, they are both free, and see what you find.

hi, spyware is a disgusting and infamous kind of virus, perhaps you can try Norton or Mcafee to remove the virus, but you should pay for the software.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:
