I suppose we could make it work . And if we are just doing it, let's make it really efficient like not just blocking the buttons but make the guy really miserable by giving him electric shocks through his own keyboard , and engage a chain reaction like automatically downloading a bad @ss virus , setting his chair on fire from a spark , teleporting in his bedroom Bin Laden naked , making his dog piss all over the living room with the help of brain wave manipulation or subliminal messages , send an incrimimating message to Interpol or NSA about his persistent pimp activity ,
or just simply make his pc generate a high frequency alfa supersampled ionized particle beam that instantly makes all
the bunnys on a 5 mile radius become hostile and attack his house or chew the internet cable.

Probably not. But, here's an idea:
Submit to Yahoo an improvement idea for Yahoo! Answers. Tell them that when a user posting a question clicks on the button to post the question that it first checks the question for grammar and syntax. Next, it sends the checked question, with markup and all, back to the user via email with the question "Do you REALLY want to ask this question?" and makes you repost it. Third, it sends all of the questions directly to you so you can weed out the stupid ones.

Great idea! Or have a error box pop up that says Warning! This is a stupid question! Are you sure you want to continue? Yes or No and if they click the Yes button another box pops up that says Are you sure? This is inadvisable. and if the click Continue, they get the blue screen of death and have to Ctrl Alt Delete their way out only to find out their question has been deleted.
