This woman, her name is Barbara, the same one who has been spending time in my boss's office with the door closed, came up to me at the water cooler yesterday. I mean she came right up to me until her body was pressed against me. She said she had noticed me and that I turn her on. Next thing I knew her hands all over me, holding me. I pushed her away but I am thinking it might be nice to let her touch me some more. Should I let her? I am so confused.

Basic rule of business: Don't get laid where you get paid!!

Never, never get involved with someone you work with or work for. Did I say never?
This is your place of employment, not the bedroom. Give this person one chance. Politely and professionally tell her you are not interested. Don't "Thank her" for the compliment. If she persists, contact your supervisor, and your HR department. If you boss is so stupid to fool around at the office, leave him out of the loop and go above his head.
Trust is very hard to win back. And you (and the company you work for) can never trust someone who has become intimate with someone else at work. If the business owner finds out what your boss is up to, he'll be fired.
And be careful who you mention this to at work. Again it's a trust thing. But you can't be sure how many co-workers "Barbara" has slept work, or for that matter, your boss also.
Be adult, be professional, get back to business....

Is your boss trying to get rid of you?!??! Think carefully about this one. Might be a trap.

Office relationships almost always end in someone getting fired - and if she's hot, it will probably be you.

It really depends on whether you're into it or not. If you like it, then by all means. If not, let the authorities know.
