practice under a good IT accountant and a reputed firm it will help you and read some books

The best is to learn from the best. Find the leading IT Audit firms in your country, and try and get a job with them. If they do not have any suitable positions for you, make an appointment with a senior auditor and ask him to become your mentor. Most professionals are more then willing to help those who want to learn.
