sounds like this kid needs self control. I would tell someone if it gets too bad just in case . you never know these days. and I am sure the school will not tolerate it at all. no its not like being a snitch either this can be serious. good luck

Both. And you can also add "immature" to that. If you find it offensive, tell someone. People like that need put in their place. They don't know how much it bothers people around them & how uncomfortable it makes everyone.

I believe he's out just to attract attention.
Maybe psychotic but I believe its not his instinct that told him to do that.
He might also do that just to look 'cool' or mature for his young age.
