Call Tata Indicom customer care. They will provide the software and a data cable. Install the software on your laptop, connect phone to your data cable and you are ready to go.
I am using the same, it works.

You will need two things:
1] A cable to connect the phone to your laptop
2] The internet facility should be activated on your account. For that, call up Tata Customer Service and they will guide you. They will also give the settings about how to go about, connecting to the net.
