Have you tried http://www.rentalsillustrated.com/ ? They do have a lot of apartment/townhome listings, but I noticed a couple listings for single-family homes in Mililani.
It'll probably be really difficult to find a rental with a pool...prudent real estate investors steer clear from them for liability reasons.
