The dispute is because the money from her work is not paid fully. When she went to reason, the boss told her the money for lunch is deducted, thus resulting in lesser money, and added, if you want your money, take off your clothes and go to bed with me.

Can this women sue the boss?

To me I considered this as sexual harassment. Since it is a sexual harassment, I think I want to sue the boss. You can consult a lawyer on this issue.
