I think it must be about the same. Remember initally there are only two types of question. The one where there is an answer that is always the same such as 'what is two and two?' The correct answer will always be 'four'.
Then there is the opinion based answer, which Yahoo Answers is so good at. 'What is your favourite band?' has so many answers, and because it is based on opinion, practically any answer is correct.

If you incude wrong answers then there must be more answers than questions even allowing for the unanswered questions.
