no.. definitely not. shyness is caused by how people are treating you around.. Maybe you're shy because some people or a lot of them doesn't treat you as an important person so you are shy to express your feelings. If they show care for you, you will be extra confident. The cure is practice expressing your feelings to others. Start with your own family. Hope it gives you understanding. Gudluck!

it rather is organic, y'know, to be slightly shy of strangers. If we weren't, we could have died out as a species earlier. yet I meant to jot down this the different day once I examine your reaction to Daoie's question on shyness that debilitating shyness and awkward shyness are distinctive issues. Your character is probable in simple terms effective. No crime in being an introvert, or socially withdrawn, and you do not scare human beings away with your character (or no you may still invite you bowling), and you do not take place right here as El Chango sooner or later and Tara J the subsequent. yet you probable should not be feeling bodily ill around crowds of strangers or social situations. in the experience that your heart is a poundin' such as you're anticipating a bomb to pass off on a common foundation in simple terms by using fact you're in a room with human beings- properly that is properly worth finding out. (emphasize common foundation) Shyness frequently could be solved with the aid of self belief development workouts, yet its continuously properly worth finding out issues that reason actual soreness.

No, not at all.
We can change ourselves anytime-anyway, the only thing required is a "Strong willingness".
Its not any disease which needs cure. One should change himself by regulating his/her emotions and actions according to your wish, how you want to present yourself either an introvert/shy or an extrovert/bold person.
You have got a mind ask him to do this for you...
