I was mortal last night after drinking best part of a bottle o jack daniels and 15 pints of lager. I knew exactly what life was about then...but i can't remember f*ck all today!

The fact is that we are immortal but nobody believes that and it's because nobody believes that that we die. We are all interconnected. To be sure of what I'm saying, you can read books that talk about the power of our thoughts. Have you ever met a person who is 60 and looks 30? How do you think these persons see themselves? Old? Of course not and because they think they are young, they are! That's a simple rule. If all could wake up from that illusion of mortality, we wouldn't die anymore.

Our physical bodies are mortal, our inner essence persists. Life is about the above. We seek knowledge and wisdom and draw light into our minds so that we may understand. We seek the real by living in a world of dualities and experiencing tastes of reality and much of a transient nature. We learn to love and we learn about our purpose. While we might think of ourselves as mortal beings, one day we'll realize our immortality as we proceed from darkness to light and into the real.

Life is about preparing to face the inevitable upcoming death. Are you ready? The question is what happens after you die, are you ushered into the presence of almighty God are you ready to meet Him. If not, then learn about Jesus. If you are a Christian, then enjoy your life and look forward to an even better life in eternity with God.

Mankind is mortal as regards this life on earth, but man is immortal because there is life after this life on earth. There is heaven and hell, and life on this earth is a preparation for our life after. If we choose rightly here, we go to heaven forever, and that means to Love God , neighbor and self. We normally have children and raise them rightly to take their turns on earth after us. If we refuse to Love and are destructive and selfish here, then our afterlives are the same in the dark place called hell.
