They have theses shows for best chef and person for best designers. Sometimes there is someone with an abrasive personaltiy. I know this does not work in the real world for an employee at least were I have worked, but for a boss it is okay.
Do you think being cooperative is part of the package for success in the high fashion or fine cusine area? Any realive experience? Suceessful people in fashion design. Who are cooperateive and who are the abrasive ones?

I love the creativity of that show. I love how they have those chalenges.

I would love to design the jewelry for their outfits. They could just consult me and I could crank out a custom thing for their outfit and modify if necessary. No more off the rack accessories.

i was able to watch a couple of episodes of the show and i really enjoyed viewing it.
as for the second question, i believe that for a person to be successful in whatever career he/she chooses, he/she must be flexible because there are certain circumstances where we need to just cooperate and there are also times when we need to be aggresive.

I really enjoy watching that show. It's a great way to get inspiration/ideas for your own wardrobe. The creativity that the designers display is quite entertaining to watch.

This show is so addictive. I didn't used to like it, but this season sucked me in.
My brother is a fashion designer and tells me the show is no realistic at all - and from what I've seen of his experiences, I agree. Nonetheless, its fun to watch.

i suppose diffrent people come in all shapes ways and sizes. some places hire them others dont. project runway is a great show tough
