About 23hrs... I only take them off the wash and do foot maintenance.
A bit extreme, but that's me and I can't change that.

I may have them on my feet for 10 to 12 hours, but am sitting most of the time. I'm only on my feet in heels for up to 3 hours maximum.

i only wear heels at weekend so saturday maybe 5 hours sunday if i wear them about 3 hours
