There's a fantastic reggae album which covers Beatles songs - "A Reggae Tribute to the Beatles" by cheapo Emporio label. It includes classics like a rub-a-dub version of A Hard Day's Night by Sugar Minott and is just wonderful.

The sound track to the film "I Am Sam" featuring Sean Penn, is a great album of Beatle's songs covered by such people as Sheryl Crow, The Stereophonics, Rufus Wainwright & Sarah Mclachlan to name a few. It's a really good CD & I highly recommend it!

Sgt. Pepper Knew My Father ( http://www.discogs.com/release/501843 ) has its moments. I'm most fond of Beatallica's two albums, A Garage Dayz Night and Beatallica. What would Beatles songs sound like if Metallica had written them? Funny stuff.
