If you have a lot of time on your hands, why not start a mommy and me group. Put up some flyers at the grocery stores, pharmacies or in the play area of McDonalds. It will give you a chance to meet and interact with other adults while your son is able to do the same with other children. The group can meet weekly, bi-weekly, monthly...however often you wish. Some things you can do are go the library. All libraries have children's sections that are usually decorated pretty cooly. Some libraries have story time, but even if they don't the mom's could take turns reading. You can go to McDonalds and let the kids play in the play area, you can go to the park now as there is safety in numbers. Take a trip to the zoo or the aquarium. Lots and lots of stuff to do with a mommy & me group...plus the other mom's can help think up stuff to do too.

if it was a girl it would be easier, so i suggest a fun filled theme park! kids love em' adults can meet new adults while waiting for your kids to come off the ride you won't dare to go on, and perhap go on some your self, or persuade your hubby to come and ask your son to bring a few friends, and pay for them, you'll be cool, and popular with the parents!

Gotta be something, hon, think hard and usually there is things going on at the local library, activities for kids/moms, you need a support group for stay at home moms! Start one! Run ad in paper, let them come to your house, bring their kids and then plan something fun! You can do it, believe in yourself, and I bet your kid is adorable!!!
