Society really goes on about thin being in....and we've got celebs that are leading the way (I'm sure you know who I mean). Guys, seriously, do you find this attractive? What would be an ideal shape in a woman to you? Thanx, guys!

My gf read this and asked me to answer, I don't have an I.D - this is hers, so don't get the wrong idea.
I think she is beautiful (and I'm not just writing that cos she's sat next to me). I've seen photos of her when she was 14/15 yrs old, and she was so skinny it was unattractive. She is now about a size 10/12 - having had a kid, and I think that looks a lot sexier.
She has great curves, and it looks better than stick insects. She has the hour glass figure, with a little extra round the middle, but as they say "at least you have something to hold onto" - I think thats true.
I think that subconsciousley a lot of men are attracted to women who have "child bearing" figures. Girls who look like they could take carrying a child with ease - who look ready to be mothers. Not obese, but curvy figures.
It's an instinctive attraction. I think men that go against this and want thin girls, are going against that natural feeling, and just want someone who looks good on their arm.

You need a balance. Women can be too thin, or too fat.

Most of us like curves. Callista Flockhart was the one who got Gary Glitter into 10 year old boys.


However, size is only one of many factors. Don't place too much importance on it. Personality counts a lot too. At the outset it's maybe equal with looks. In the long-run of a relationship, it counts much more. (But if you put on lots of weight after we've been together a while, I might feel you're breaking an unwritten agreement).

Cant see how protruding ribs and skeletal limbs are attractive or even healthy.
Fat and cellulite looks and feels gross.
Most men like curves on a woman, but not to the extent of her looking like a pile of Michelin tyres.
Ideal shape would be 34-36bust, 28-30 waist and 34-36 hips.

Personally, I like a bit of meat on a girl. It is nice to be able to hold a woman and feel her in your arms rather than hugging a skeleton.
I don't find skinny women attractive. I'm not a big bloke but like to hug a gal and be able to give a squeeze without hearing a bone crak under the slightest pressure!
So the medium size girl is the one I like!

Real men like real women not those sick looking toast racks you see in the media.
Not one single friend I have likes skinny ladies.
Curves or something to grab hold of is what we want.
Who would want to wake up next to a boney girl?!
Plus they're no fun to date because all they talk about is food or how they look. And men dont really care how you look as long as you are happy and having fun.

Too thin is gross. I find it a real turn off if you can see a girl's rib cage or has really boney shoulders. It look like if you touched her you might break her accidently!

I like a little meat on girl's but not too much obviously. Curves are very sexy!

I don't particuarly care for women that are fat or obese, but there is a BIG difference between having an average or even "voluptuous" build and being obese (if you no longer have curves other than those forming a circle, you are obese).

Personally, I think Lindsey Lohan was a lot hotter before she became "thin". I also think that Hillary Duff was a lot cuter before she became "Skeletor".

Curves are always better. Very few men actually like stick-thin women. Hour-glass shape (or approaching it) is yummy!

I know i'm a girl but i had to answer this.
I'm stick thin (through illness) And i absolutely hate it.
Give me back my size 12 figure any day.
