Any company arrange counselling to family members & the staff who will b posted oversea to work?

Question

My husband posted to oversea on 3-years contract.Then,renewed another 2-year without discussion and threaten me that he would need to pay the compensation if he terminated the 2-year contract earlier. I faced the following problems after my husband sweet talked to me to have my consent to work oversea. I agreed bcos he used t on business trip b4.He promised will call home as often as possible,will let me hav his oversea addresses.Unfortunately, everything not as promised.
a.>I didn't have his oversea residential address nor company address-he refused t furnish me w/all illogical reason.
b.>He hang off my & my daughters calls each time we call. Even I suffer depression, intended t commit suicide, my daughters called him, he said he was tired & wanted t sleep.
c.> Arnd 2.5mths he left t oversea. I found Viagra in his trousers. I collapsed althou he ever unfaithful t me b4.but,tis time I'm not strong as b4, 'cus 1 of daughter just discharged frm hosp.,anothr asthma too.I almos torn.

As far as I know, there is no such arrangement for most companies in Singapore. Well most companies do allow their employees to bring along their family to oversea assigment if they are on long term contract (just like your husband case). Maybe you can ask your husband company if there is such arrangement
