Ask yourself this first -- are you a Teacher already?

We all fit into some archetype or various reflections of archetypes. Shepards, Leaders, Teachers, Scholars, Mothers, Mechanics, Victims, Tillers of the Soil, Students.

Know thyself. And then follow your path.

Odds are, since you are asking, you are a Teacher already!

You shouldn't unless there's something in it for you. Why are teachers the only employed wage earners who are expected, by society, to give of themselves selflessly? Then we wonder why our U.S. public schools are behind the rest of the world. You might want to go to a country where you can still teach but not be expected to act like Mother Teresa in order to do a good job.
