So, Ok...this won't get me 10 points for best answer. But I like remembering it. I got my first kiss from my first true love almost exactly 35 years ago. We haven't seen each other for about 34 years. I still love her and even dream about her.
I met some one who knows her about a year ago. She was married to an abuser, got out of it, and is now married to a wonderful man that makes her happy. Other than gray hair, I have heard she hasn't changed a bit.
I thought about having the person I met mention to my first love that I still love her...just to give her the feeling of being honored. How nice to know some one could love you for 35 years! But I decided against it. If she is happy (and she is!) what good could come out of her knowing a guy from the distant past still loves her?
OH, and yes...I have moved on. I have a full and wonderful life. But that does not change the love I have in my heart.

I still have fond memories. I haven't seen her in a few years. She hasn't changed a bit. She's still with the guy she left me for, although she's cheated on him many times, including with me many years ago. She has 2 daughters, both of which she got pregnant with while doing coke. Not someone I need at all, but I loved her. Cute as hell, great body, and funny. Very lovable.

I remember my first real boyfriend with fondness. He brought me out of my shell. He was a clean cut good lookin guy who seemed to have good ethics. I just knew I was going to love him forever.....it lasted only a few months.
I saw him in Hardee's a couple of years ago, and OMG. He had on these knee-high socks and loafers with shorts!! And this long stringy hair that looked like he hadn't washed it in a week, and one of those golf hats. He looked like the biggest dork; I just wanted to laugh. I couldn't believeee that I ever dated him. It's a shame, cuz he used to be so cute too.

my first bf was my first love. we were together on and off for 5 years, from senior HS to college. i thought i was marrying him, too. we split up as friends.
we accidentally saw each other again just before i got married, 3 years after. he was about to marry someone else, too. we both looked better i guess, (LOL), older, better dressed, and a lot wiser. we decided to have a friendly date: movies, early dinner, then he brought me home. on the way home i told him i was getting married. he said the same and we showed each other pics of our bf/gf. we smiled warm smiles and wished each other all the best.
haven't seen him in ages-- he moved to Europe right after the wedding. i bet he looks just as great as i last saw him, as i see people from the heart. and this dude is a coolie; no mean bone in him.

The first girl I was serious about and I celebrated our 28th anniversary this past June. Sometimes soul mates find each other the first time and sometimes it takes a little scouting around.

Yeah, she was very cute, but she dumped me for some guy who was sexually active and she got pregnant, had a kid and he left her. Still remember how she looked at 17.

LOL no, my sister sees him now and then but she always hated him--they don't chat. His brother is relatively famous though so I keep up with his (brother's) career a bit.
Edit: I just googled him. He's doing well.
