It wasn't just the looks, it was the personality, and the way she dressed and carried herself, as well as the looks.
She went kind of tramp-chav for a while, to the detriment of all those things.
I've not seen her recently, but I expect any photos you're seeing are opportunist paparazzi snap-shots, not managed photo-shoots designed to show her at her best.
That'll have an effect too.
I feel kind of sorry for the girl. It seems to me that post-puberty women suddenly find themselves attractive, receiving lots of positive attention from men (even if it's not directly sexual, a guy will subconsciously tend to be more friendly to and accepting of an attractive girl). After that early peak, the rest of their lives is a slow decline.
In Britney's case, this has been accelerated massively - launched into superstardom, loved by all, then quickly sliding out of favour, losing your looks, and finding the world much more indifferent to you.

She is still a gorgeous woman. Perhaps if she wasn't being chased and hounded by paparazzi 24/7, she could enjoy her life a little and find some time to take care of herself. (She spends entirely too much time defending that thing she calls a husband. If they are in love, he needs to show her a little more respect and give her a hand)

She's let herself go and she's married to a sh*tbag (Did you know that Kevin Federline charges $11,000 to appear at parties and he's made about $350,000 from that in the last few months alone??? If he splits with Britney, nobody would want him for 5 cents!). 'Nuff said.

i think shes looking ok for a woman with a young child and another on the way. she isnt obligated to look good all the time just cos shes famous - let her chill out and have her kids - im sure she will smarten up when she gets back to work.

It's because she has a child to look after and can't do her fitness and go to the gym as much and her personal life is hitting her hard being in the tabloids and magizines slating her... They should lay off her everyone makes mistakes!!!!

I totally agree with you.
I mean, I don't understand for example Heidi Klum, Gwen Stefani, Angelina Jolie were looking amazing when they were expecting but this girl gets uglier everyday.

She eats too much and doesn't take care of herself anymore.She sould because she has a lot of money.I think Kevin -her husband- has something to do with this , probably he tells her she is beautiful and she believes him and doesn't look in the mirror anymore. Too bad for her.

Because she's gotten fat during her pregnancies, she smokes, she's with a guy who probably stresses her out most of the time, and I've seen many pictures of her in magazines eating junk food. It's a combination of many things.

it could be from having her kids to close together. i know 2 people who had there kids 14 months apart( not the way they wanted to) and it took a toll on there bodies. A persons body needs time between kids to recoup
