The media shows what people do in private these days. Now anything goes in this society. No one actually forces them, they just see that there is an alternative choice and dicide to choose it. The more choices there are, the wider is the way to more weirdness. The change started going up fast since the 1920's. At that time, there was a feminist movement.

It's called non-conformity. We did it a lot in the sixties. It's basically a way of expressing freedom of choice. Just ignore it, if it bothers you. It's harmless.
I can't understand why people decorate their bodies with tons of tattoos, wear giant rings in their nose, or wear their pants below their crotch, but if that's what they want to do, then so be it. On the flip side, conformity doesn't hurt anyone either... and it makes getting a job much easier, so I'm in that camp.
'nuff said?

EH... the same thing happened in the 80's when glam metal and andorgonous pop music became popular. It's just a cycle to be different than the previous generation.

because in every human person there is a boy n girl.Anima n animus.sometimes we tend to subscribe to one role eg., boy at other times,we play the role of the other.this behaviour includes dressing too. This evident in some people than others.we play one role some times and another a tother times.

Dress and fashion "standards" are completely arbitrary.
Is a man who wears a kilt dressing as a women? Jesus wore a dress...was He a transvestite? Is a women who chooses to not wear ear rings dressing as a man?
Dress is a subjective consideration.

IT'S FASHION MY DEAR!
But if it crosses that, I mean, if it continues beyond fashion, then it is a serious mental desease called cross dress syndrom. Maybe a doctor or psychologist could explain it better!
