how can i adjust the scroll action on my screen?

at the moment it seems to flicker up and down instead of a smooth rolling scroll

i could get the Voyager. it seems cooler(: lol and it have been given a 8.3/10 score yet once you like all different one it seems cool too! it have been given a score of seven.3/10 so the two one. i'm hoping i helped!

go to control pannel mouse go to the third tab and adjust

Goto the slide bar and right click it..........
