They are fraternal twins, so they have the same mother... but the father could be different! She may have "fooled around" with both Brock and Rusty at the same time and spawned one child for each guy! But I don't think that someone who'd be into Brock would be into Rusty, and vice versa! So they probably have the same father... it'd be interesting to see who the mother was though!!

They're twins, born 4 minutes apart from each other, so I guess they must have the same dad. Maybe Hank looks more like his mother, whoever she is.
