are you going to be a normal time not stay ing up half the night?
also is you drink caffiene such as coffee/cokes to late it has a tendency to keep you up so i wouln't drink any several hours before you go to bed. also reading can relax you and get you to sleep, and setting an alarm clock in the am and getting on schedule will help as well!!!

seriously try an alarm clock. force yourself to get up and exercise and in a week or so it will be second nature and will miss getting a good start when you do not.
