Gal, can tell you have a long way to go (no offence but......)!!! In the heat of the moment, I dont think anyone thinks straight and so to say that there is a difference would be to lie coz that means that one is not taken up with the sensation and is faking the whole experience of love making, but if you actually are into the moment, even the size doesnt matter but just how it's bn dished out to you!!!
If people were frank with their partners, sex would be a wonderful experience rather than a shame to some!!!

its a matter of maths really, if hes been circumsised then the reduction of the penis's girth would mathematically make it smaller than if he did'nt have the cut, as for how it feels that is another math question the larger the vagina x the experience x the technique= the sensory perception and vice versa i hope this fulfils your needs.
