Try running the program on "run" or search for it in "search" if that doesn't work...you can always go and try cmd.exe and try opening it there and find it. Just type in winstall.exe on the cmd.exe...to find that the cmd.exe just open "run" and type cmd.

OPEN YOUR BROWSER AND CLICK ON SEARCH BUTTON. TYPE winstall.exe AND SEARCH.

IF IT IS ON YOUR DRIVE YOU WILL FIND IT
