I have heard stories from various people that say they have heard of people who want to get infected for whatever reason.So, I did a search to see if that was true and found nothing.It is a scary idea but it was something I wanted to know if it was true or not.To me it sounds like something to scary to be true.But is it?Do you know if it is true?Is there actually a group of people like that?And how do you know if it is true?I am just curious because it sounds like an urban legend.

That's difficult to determine. I've heard the story too (these people are called "bug chasers"). But, of course, there are many people who deliberately engage in risky sexual behavior and subsequently become infected, usually while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This much is true.

Yes easterbunny this is true. The group is called Destruction Seekers. They were established in 1980 and continually grow steadly. When first orginated they had 52 members. After extensive research I have found that their membership is up to 3,964. I actualy was a member in 1990. I tried for years to contract the disease, but with no such luck. lol I have no idea if this exist or not. I HOPE not.
