A guppy is capable of giving birth every 21 days, but the conditions have to be perfect for the fry to develop that quickly. The water temp needs to be at 78 - 80, the water needs to be perfect, there has to be lots of hiding places and your lights should be on a timer. A guppy that is stressed in any way is capable of holding on to those fry for months.

Are u sure it's a female? Only small males have a black spot on their tails. That spot changes colors sometimes, it can be purple too. Seems like u've troble identifying males & females. F has small triangular fins under the tail, males have small & long stick-looking fins under tail. F are always larger, 'coz they need rooms for babes in their tummies. M are small, they don't reproduce babes.
U can't really tell if a F is pregg by saying if there's a spot. I've had guppies 4 3yrs, they give me babes every month, but only see M has black spot. F usually have big bellies (except those who just give births), they need different period range until they can lay babes. Most healthy fish can give babes amonge 28 days or so. But I/ve had these 2 fish, they have big bellies for like half a yr, but still give nothing. If this type of situations occur, 50% will only give 10 -20 babes (that's much lower than regulars from 30-60 or more) & the other 50% will die.
Where's the black spot if u're sure that's a F? If it's on the bones or somewhere near, then that's actually a blood stain. That fish must have got a fractured bone. U need to take it out to a jar where she's alone (put the jar near the tank so she can C her companies) & take extra special care. Change water every 2 days (don't use equipment, don't B laZ, only fresh water gives more oxygen than U think), effiecient food supply. She'll B back 2 normal in no time. I've had at least 5 patients B4, & they're all cured. So don't u worry.
