They would have had to not attack russia. Which means that there would be 3 major powers during the latter half of the 20th century. German europe (including UK), communist russia, and capitalist USA (japan would have still lost).

The question is would it be possible for the nazis to implement a workable society? They had the most advanced technology but they had just taken over large swaths of (hostile) territory. The theory of facism says that they would consolidate their gains, and utilize the resources of the territory won in order to build an even larger army to attack russia with.

To consolidate, they would probably have to take the better part of a decade, in order to institute schools and social changes and quell resistance. During this time, nuclear weapons and rocket/jet technology would be developed by all three powers, acting as a major deterrant to all out war. We'd then be in a cold war like environment, with the strongest economy winning out as weaker economies bankrupt themselves by trying to keep up militarily.

Most likely scenario - - - IF HITLER had not declared War against America after The Japanese Attack on Pearl Harbor - - - and if a reluctant Roosevelt concentrated American forces against Japan - - - and if The NAZIS were then able to grind The Soviets to a Standstill, then MAYBE the British would have sued for Peace leaving German in control of Continental Europe to the middle of Poland. Then assuming Hitler had Ten years of Life, somewhere in the Mid Fifties a power struggle at the top of The Nazi Hierarchy would provide opportunity for The Soviets to launch an attack. THEN Stalin would have died and dissension among the Soviets would give Germany the chance to stabilize the border again in the middle of Poland. Without the Distraction of Dealing with Europe, then America would have followed Victory over Japan with a more active role in China. Facing the full weight of America's armies a defeated Mao Tse Tung would have faded into obscurity. China would be ruled by Chiang 's Party until his death and would resemble Taiwan in politics and democracy. Instead of a European Union there would be a United National Socialist Europe. Periodic flares ups along the border between Nazi German and the Soviets would result in Poland remaining a no Man's Land subjected to the sort of conditions in Northern Lebanon.

Peace. - - - Oh, and yes, a group of Jewish Refugees would have still created the State of Israel and the Nazis would sometimes ignore Israel, dismissing them as not being on their border then so what, and other times aiding those opposing Israel for the sale of weapons & such.

Let's get started on this one!!! For starters,half the world's population would be in slave labor camps working for the betterment of the "Third Reich".After that, all inferior races would be part of the "Final Solution"(mentally handicapped,Gypsies,blacks,Arab,,Jews,Asians,Indians,Slavic,etc,etc,etc,) People would not have rights ,in any form,for any reason except those that were approved by the Nazi party.Every non-Nazi would be living in a complete paranoid world where ever their own children would be considered as a "spy" to their privacy.Everyone's life would be regimented from the day they were born ,to the day they died(no room for free thought)Anyone how was not with the system would disappear in the middle of the night,never to be seen again.You couldn't travel with out the proper papers,couldn't get on the Internet,would have to read only "party authorized' material,couldn't marry without permission and a full back ground check. In other words you would live and die in a complete "Totalitarian World". These are just the things of the top of the list. I sure it would be much worst. Not the way I would want to live by any means.
